A day doesn’t go by that we don’t think about how lucky we are that we went to Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital.
Lucky was diagnosed with CCLT and my friend Pat recommended Dr. Hutchinson.
Off we drove 500 km to Langley for his surgery. Never has any veterinarian spent more time with us, explaining the options and possible outcomes of different surgeries than Dr. Hutchinson. We chose the Tibial Tuberosity 
Advancement Surgery and were confident that he will be in excellent hands.
A few hours later we got the call that the surgery went well and we drove home the next day.
Lucky started walking and using his leg constantly and after six weeks there was hardly any limp to detect.
We are still taking it a bit easy but he is eager to go back to work and do what he loves most: Training and playing with the rest of the gang.
Thank you to the friendliest front line staff we have ever encountered.
Also a big thank you to Dr. Hutchinson for giving Lucky his “old” life back and to Tara who was always available for giving advice and help with his post-surgery care.
