Prince the cat undergoes Hemilaminectomy

Dear Dr. Gordon, Tracey, Randi, & the teams at Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital & Animal Emergency Clinic of the Fraser Valley:

Words cannot express how grateful I am to see my cat Prince scampering about again.  Thank you for your superior service & care.

I particularly appreciated your patience with his talkative nature, giving him extra towels to bury himself in for comfort, wrapping his IV site in extra Coban to prevent it getting wet & giving him a lower litter box so he could void in the box post-op.  Such details, I know, are sometimes lost amongst more pressing priorities.  Thank you for taking the time in your busy day.

For me, these small details gave me great peace of mind that Prince was in the best hands-whatever the outcome may be.  Prince has been my little buddy for 10 years & faced with difficult decisions-all I wanted was to give him the best chance possible.  To give back a small measure of what he has given me.  And have no regrets in life.  Thank you for providing the opportunity with your skills & expertise.

I am so grateful my veterinarian knew of your services from the Island.  Family, friends & nursing colleagues are amazed that Prince had a Hemilaminectomy-just like people do!  I could not be happier with your above & beyond, care & service.  Thank you.

In appreciation, a donation was made in your honour to the Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS).

Warm Regards,

Caroline Barry & Prince
