I just want to tell you how much I am indebted to you all for the treatment you gave my dog and the warmth and sincere empathy you treated her owner with during her Neurosurgery and stay at Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital.
I was referred to the Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital because my Doxie, Tinkerbell was paralyzed. I was sure she was going to have to be euthanized. The Vet Assistants were very gentle with both of us. Dr. Gordon the neurologist did a a thorough exam and gave me his opinion and the best course of treatment to take. Throughout his exam he was extremely compassionate with my emotional fragility and was patient when he had to stop when I was sobbing.
I am happy to report that he was bang on in his diagnosis and his skill as a surgeon is evidenced by the fact that after surgery she was able to walk again.
Everyone at this hospital seem like they are part of a family and they treat you as though you are as well.
I can’t thank you enough and I will sing your praises till the end of time for saving my little girl Tinkerbell.
