We are OPEN (including for emergencies) and clients are allowed in the building (with conditions)
COVID-19 POLICY
Current Status: Clients are allowed in building with conditions
Initials appointments & emergencies: We’ll strive to see all initial appointments and critical patients in our exam rooms. If exam rooms are full, we may need to have the consult outside or over the phone; exactly as was the case during COVID.
Rechecks: If you are coming to BBVSH for a recheck appointment, we will continue to see you curbside to keep our exam rooms free for initial consults (which tend to be a more in-depth conversation) and emergency exams.
Conditions
MASKS continue to be MANDATORY for staff and clients who wish to enter the building.
If you wish to not wear a mask, our staff and doctors will speak to you via phone or possibly in person outside of the hospital depending on the doctor/staff member’s preference.
VISITING US?
EMERGENCY patients:
If possible, please call us at 604-514-8383 to let us know you are on the way so we can be prepared to meet you upon your arrival at the hospital.
The ER main entrance is directly across the street from the Langley Costco and the BBVSH hospital entrance faces the Costco Gas Bar.
When you arrive, please come into our reception (if masked) or call (604) 514-8383 (if unmasked).
If you do not have a phone, please come to the front door and ring the green bell located to the right of the door.

Enforcing self-isolation and quarantine protocols for staff members who are showing signs of illness, who have traveled outside of Canada, and/or who have known exposure to COVID-19;
Assigning certain staff members to dedicated disinfection duty;
Increasing the frequency of our disinfection protocols;
And introducing special protocols to protect you and our staff.
