Everyday I count my blessings for Dr. Hutchinson and Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital! 2012 was a difficult time where it looked like I may lose my best friend, Cowboy. He was a dog with boundless energy who, last year, was hobbling in pain. I was referred to Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital and thanks to Dr. Hutchinson and his team he assured me that Cowboy’s pain would be a memory and he would be up and about again! Dr. Hutchinson’s knowledge and experience was immediately evident, after our initial consultation I left confident in his abilities and with hope for Cowboy. I never felt rushed, and he showed true compassion for our situation. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and displayed genuine care and concern for Cowboy as well as me.
Cowboy has now been for two separate SUCCESSFUL (different legs) Tibial Tuberosity Advancement (TTA) surgeries done by Dr. Hutchinson. I would highly recommend Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty with great regard, the level of expertise and care is second to none. Their communication never faltered through the whole process, and follow up care continued with the same level of professionalism. The staff is always supportive and prompt to answer my questions with great friendly service.
I honestly could say that thanks to Dr. Hutchinson and the staff at Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital, Cowboy can keep chasing balls and I still have my best friend! I am forever grateful for their compassion, patience and knowledge.
