Dr. Geoffrey Hutchinson will be attending the Veterinary Orthopedic Society Conference in Park City, Utah this week. He has been invited as an instructor for a course in fracture repair, corrective osteotomy, and patella groove replacement. Dr. Hutchinson has five years of clinical experience with the Kyon ALPS (Advanced Locking Plate System) and has been invited regularly to share his experience and teach appropriate use of ALPS plating techniques to veterinary surgeons. ALPS is a novel titanium locking plate fracture repair system that has several advantages over conventional fracture repair systems.
