Meet Troi – a rambunctious, adorable yellow lab puppy who gave her parents a scare when she was playing outside last week and her mom heard a “yelp”. She ran to see if Troi was Okay, and little Troi wasn’t putting weight on her hind leg!
Troi was brought to BBVSH where radiographs (x-rays) were performed and they showed that she had broken her femur!
Dr. Hutchinson (board certified orthopedic surgeon) along with the BBVSH anesthesia team got Troi all fixed up in surgery where she was a star patient!
Troi’s mom reports that she is difficult to keep still – but the leg seems to be healing well!
